I thinks the barts are ok arent they eu 23 converts to a midget size doesn't it?
Our 3yo just uses thick walking socks. He has his own boots, but at that age they arent custom fit, so the slightly thicker walking socks fill the voids!

Sorry for the hijack but it seemed like the right sort of people might be looking at this! The sock info is very useful and I was wondering if anyone has managed to find little thermals? For a 2 year old? Thanks!

Yes I got a 2 pack of thermal long sleeve tops from Asda for £8, they'd sold out of bottoms in his size but ordered online to collect in store M&S thermal leggings at £5 per pair 👍
