Hello, I would like to know if I would be better servicing my ski's here in England,
quoted £25 at decathlon
or would it be better or cheaper to have it done in resort
going to Meribel saturday
any help appreciated

skiboy1967, Do it in resort. The will use the best wax for the current temperature.

don't go to decathlon if they're anything like the branch near nottingham - the guys there didn't seem to know which side of the ski was down and therefore needed the wax on...decided not to let them touch my skis!

skiboy1967, definately get int done in the resort, i wouldn't listen to your " resort manager" as they probably have a deal with a local agent for referrals, ask someone in a bar, ski school or that's been there before etc that may be a bit more impartial
