Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ripzone or Powder Room Jackets

Does anyone know of a shop in the UK that is stocking Ripzone or PowderRoom snowboarding jackets.

I bought my current jacket from them about five years ago in Canada (It's a Canadian company) and now need to replace it.

There are shops in the US and Canada that advertise online, but none that will ship to me in Scotland.


Any suggestions welcome.

If the worst comes to the worst we're heading out to Canada next year and I'll have to mtry and get one then.

SnowboardVicky, i bought one from the US while i was working out there about 4 years ago. It was a fantastic jacket so when i finally trashed it I looked in the UK for a replacement but couldn't find anything, best i could find was using ebay and searching in europe or the states. Best of Luck!!!

Fussy me has seen a particular style on their website (This years collection), and although there are a few on ebay, most seem to be previous years styles.

The jacket I have has been so perfect.

Nothing on it has broke (zips, press-studs, velco).

Non of the stitching has worn.

It kept me warm even in the -30 degree Canadian cold.

It's been washed and still looks and feels just the same. (My partners Tog24 never recovered from being washed)

And I really really want another one.

I work in a surf shop in cornwall and we've got a catalogue here for powder room - the european email address is info@ripzone-europe.de. If you drop them an email they night be able to give you a UK stockists list. Hope this helps.
