Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Most extensive report on Gressoney / Monte Rosa I've seen so far.
http://alpinforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=53482

Hundreds of beautiful photo's, including lots of offpiste, couloirs and previously not photo documented parts of the ski area.
First pictures from the Indren funifor (3280m) incl. many of the offpiste routes from there, Canyon Leisch, Canal Grande, Passo Zube down through Val d'Otro (1600m vertical of offpiste) etc etc

Descend from Indren (3280) with view on the Monte Viso (3800) on the horizon (1/5 from the left) which is 200+ km away.

Passo Zube is about 20-30 minutes walking from the piste going from Passo Salati to Gabiet.
From there, you have 1600 vertical meters of offpiste though Valle d'Otro to Alagna.

They must have spent a small fortune on guides; they were wise enough to hire one for multiple days. Advantage of this is not only you get to do the best routes, but also that you get to appear on your photo's as well Wink

Skinning up

Reward 1 - view on Pyramide Vincent (part of Monte Rosa, 4200+)

Reward 2 - view on Mont blanc, 80 kms away, 4807m

Reward 3 - start of 1600 vertical meters offpiste through a valley without lifts or slopes
