So we're off again next week but this one is very much a half day skiing and afternoon with the kids trip, so might pop along to the swimming pool in 1550 for a couple of afternoons.
Does anyone know if this pool has the daft no swimming/surf/board shorts type rule and am I going to have to lower myself to the embarrassment of putting me and the boys in Speedos?

Yes - going to be stunning, state of the art complex by all accounts. Although having said that, snow/weather conditions would have to be on wrong side of grim to tempt me away from the slopes.

Quite, especially to be forced into a pair of Speedos!
Be good for families though. Though my 7 year old would probably happily stay out on the slopes all afternoon after his morning lessons. The youngest, almost 5, however will probably be keen to do other stuff in the afternoons.

@Gazzza, the old pool is a flattened pile of rubble... new one opens next year in theory.

The most popular time for the new aqua centre in Les Saisies seems to be after ski time. But there have been some complaints that the pool closing time (1930) is rather too early.

Ah drat. Is there any other swimming accessible in the Courchevel valley with a 4 and 7 year old ?

@Gazzza, Meribel pool. Not sure of opening times. Its only a 10/15 min drive from Le Praz and there is parking right outside the pool (reasonably cheap parking meter...).
