Invented a quarter of a century ago by British Engineer Owen Eastwood, now sadly, passed away the Ski Mojo is a sprung exoskeleton aimed at people who ski like goats. It's won an ISPO award in 2008 and is currently making a comeback in French ski resorts.
Apart from that, anyone skied with it? According to the Telegraph (who were paid to say this) it creates a bulge in your salopettes that will make you popular with the ladies (erm unless you are a lady that is, in which case they'll think you're sporting a strap-on... no don't google that).

@davidof, there are a few snowHeads skiing with their Mojo. There is one currently doing the rounds as the original owner doesn't need it any more, so has loaned it to others recovering from knee and lower limb injuries. elHen was using it at the S11BB after twisting her knee quite badly the previous week.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

There are quite a few threads about Mojos. Or should that be Moji?
The bulge they create in Salopettes is down the outside leg. Maybe that's how the Telegraph journalists dress.......
Most SHs who've reported on them have found them helpful; some couldn't ski without the Mojo.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@davidof, it's not a knee brace. it takes the load off your knees. I am wearing my brace and using the mojo as the mojo will offer no protection for my damaged MCL... the jury is still out on the mojo, I have a thread running about it
