Do you do any trampolining? I used to coach some skier and snowboarders and they found it really useful for stunts. It is also a lot of fun too 
|

@Michelle63, had hoped to start trampoline gymnastics very much for the purpose of getting me used to spotting my landing and feeling comfortable inverted. Unfortunately there appears to be little overlap between working folk and those interested in trampoline gymnastics and, as such, lessons are all during work hours!

FAQ
My most spectacular wasn't caught on film. Off piste beside the piste and I didn't see a sudden dip in time to sort out what to do. I tipped forward, my skis dived into the snow and I shot out of them, landing head first. The skis were left planted, parallel and vertical, ready for me to retrieve.
