Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Has anyone any experience of the above for private lessons. Rates appear reasonable at 52 euros per hour. Thanks

Used them at Tignes VC 2 years ago. Were truly excellent. Very high expectations which the kids met. Were in groups but at Easter there were only 6 in the group including our 2. Wide age ranges but very flexible, friendly etc. their office in the town were really helpful to. Can't recommend them enough!

Also had excellent experience of private lessons with Stephane Pitallier from Evo2 in Tignes. Really nice guy, very patient and clear, and even came out on one lesson and filmed us then created a dvd of us skiing and gave to us. We also found their office in town very friendly and helpful.

Oh and at Easter we didn't pre book either just did it when we arrived. Their website is a bit pants so to pre book I would suggest phoning or emailing.

I have used them for both ski and snowboard private lessons although not for a couple of years in Tignes. Bogus Junior is the snowboarder btw. I have also used them in Val d'isere last season and Les Coches this year with similarly good outcomes. Would recommend without hesitation.
