''We are writing to let you know that due to local legal restrictions we have taken the hard decision to suspend our free social skiing service in Italy this winter. Some of our customers have enjoyed this service in the past, and our expert in-resort team will be on hand to make sure you continue to get the most out of your time on the slopes. They're always on hand to offer tips on where to ski, connect you with like-minded skiers at your level and update you with resort news.
What's more, our new Crystal Ski Explorer app is like having your ski guide in your pocket. It comes packed with ski route recommendations for all levels and lets you track your progress through the day, find your friends and family on the mountain and get up-to-date resort and snow info on your phone. It's ready for download now in the iTunes Store and will be available on Google Play from December.
Your in-resort team will be in touch to answer any questions before you go, so you can relax and get on with your holiday as soon as you arrive.

I know, but when we first went there 5 years ago just me and the lady wife it was fun, as we met a few others and then even went skiing as a group once the three days ''guiding'' had finished, it's just a shame for the newbies really.. the rep in resort had four relativley spare days, so it worked out for them.. now what will they do ? there's only so much paperwork they can do, which was booking people in and booking people out etc.

Except by the time you've got the phone out, frozen hands taken gloves off, realised there is no signal etc you'd be better off with a piste map!
