Poster: A snowHead
|
Hi, Im looking into bindings. Can anyone suggest some good, reliable bindings that aren't very expensive and are fine for someone around 50kg? I have seen the Marker squire and my brother has the salomon z10's on his scott surf'air, although i have heard bad things about the z10 in reviews...
What are your thoughts?

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Vist 311 or Squire would be my choice.
The three screw toe fixing on the Z/S10 isn't great and they're not very torsionally stiff but they'd be fine for someone of 50kg and they're cheaper than Vist/Squire.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I'm not totally convinced by the z10.. From reading reviews the seem to break a lot and I am quite an aggressive skier..what about something like the salomon sth12 or rossignol axium? It seems you can get the sth12 new on ebay for around £80?

I've got Z10's on my Salomon Q105 and very happy with them, I'm 75kg so I'm sure for you they're more than burly enough!
