Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Mayrhofen train station - luggage lockers

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
We are going to Hintertux late October for a few days.
We are travelling by train to Mayrhofen and then the bus to Hintertux.

We arrive in Mayrhofen early afternoon and would like a few hours there before travelling up the valley.
I've been a few times before and know the village reasonably well, but does anyone know if there are luggage lockers in the station?

Don't really want to have to carry a big bag around for the afternoon.
Thanks

Sorry mate, no luck I think. Will have to be a hotel/TI jobby. If it were me I would call the Tourist office on +43 (0) 5285 6760 and ask for some help (soon in the summer before thay shut!)

Though pretty much everything will be shut at that time so you may need to try the Strass

Landhaus Carla is right by the station. If you email them and they may be able to help - they are very helpful - I'm sure if
you stopped for a drink they would let you store your gear for a while.
