Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Movement LeFer

I've been on the Movement Jam for 3 seasons now, with both the all traditional camber model and the more recent 'early rise' model. I've also skied the Zip and the Source and enjoyed them both too.

I'm now contemplating a nippy piste ski to complement my quiver and the Movement LeFer seems like it might do the trick. Anyone skied it? got any opinions of it?

Or even, know of any on sale over the summer?

Great piste ski with Movements usual quality build etc but let down IMO by a poor binding/rail interface that can't be easily be removed (not without leaving plugs that conflict with most bindings) so it won't be compatible with your Quiver Killers. You can however slide off the toe & heel pieces for easier transportation. The ski wasn't available 'in the flat' when I was looking otherwise I would have bought a pair.

Ahh I hadn't spotted the binding plate... damnit...

Hmm back to the drawing board maybe..

Got 'em.

Love 'em.

The shoite bindings do have a redeeming feature; they slide off the plate really easily. Flick one switch and both front and rear are freed up.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

feef , check out the new Blizzard Latigo - same flipcore twin metal layer construction as the Brahma/Bonafide/Cochise/Bodacious models but only 78mm underfoot - & flat topped ready for Quiver Killers.

Nice, but my Movement Jam are already a 16m radius. I was looking at the Le Fer for it's 13m radius.
