Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Gjspain, transfer try Magic Transfers, very very approx cost £60-70 pp return. Or car hire from geneva. Or you can get a train to Aigle and get picked up or transfer from there.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

A lot of catered chalet companies in Chatel offer airport transfers included in the deal Smile

The one I'm using offers pick up in Aigle, but just wondering on the cost of the train? As I have heard they are expensive in Switzerland. I think train would be better time wise than sitting in a mini bus for 2.45hrs I didn't realise as I go to Morzine and it's only 1hr 15 min

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Gjspain, it's not that long to go to chatel, who told you that? It's about the same as Morzine or not much more!

Chatel is a 1h15 transfer without traffic. Depends what time of day. Nice interesting drive. Just google Chatel transfers and pick a company.

Gjspain, if you're planning to go in a busy week it could well take 2h45.

1h30 quiet time, 1h45 when it's busy - if you go round the lake and over pass de Morgins that is.....the other way, best of luck in getting there in 2h45 on a busy day...used to drive transfers in that part of the world Wink

Maybe on a shared transfer on a weekend. They transferred two different groups of our friends last week and it took under 1 hour 30 mins. Good luck sorting something snowHead

Just booked again with these guys for Dec 14 www.professionaltransfers.com . I used Magic this year and while cheaper, their vehicles are not of the same standard in turn out and, appreciate I was sharing, spent ages hanging around. Old adage of you pay for what you get.
