Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hey i'm keen to build up a log/portfolio of U.K. podiatrists whom have experience with skiers. We often have problem feet that would be best delt with by a podiatrist close to where you live. I know of one currently i'd send my clients to, he's based in Sutton Colfield nr Birmingham. Shelton/France Podiatric centre.

If you've had good expieriences with Certified Podiatrists and could pass on their; names and contact details it would be much apprieciated. Please state if the casts for your orthotics were made standing or with the weight off your feet. Cheers. Twisted Evil

I have used a guy called Saj Afzal in London for orthotics for running, which he says will be fine in ski boots (I hope to find out next week)
Casts were made with weight off my feet

SMALLZOOKEEPER, Theres a very good sports podiatry set-up in GLOUCESTER, at the Winfield Hospital, Longford, Gloucester.01452 331111. Graham Coates is the podiatrist, and he works within a sports medicine team there of British Olympic Association doctor and physio team, associated foot surgeon. I refer a number of my sports medicine patients there if they have deep pockets or private insurance!
