Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello All and forgive me as loads of questions out there like this, I hope I put in right place this time

Just started skiing this year as I moved to a cold country, could never see the benefit of this ridiculous sport before my relocation.

I am pleasantly surprised at my progress, I would categorize myself level4 or 5 depending what you read on net.

Rented Blizzard G Force IQ sport skis for the season but thinking of buying a more advanced used ski that might last me for a few years rather than renting every season.

Was thinking of Head rev 75 but not many around or blizzard bushwacker but also difficult to find maybe as a relatively new ski.

I see a few Rosignol S80 Free ride with mixed reviews, is it good for my level or too advanced for me

Im 178cm 90kg,mid 30s, any reccomendations greatly appreciated, oh yeah based on my dimensions what would be a good length to buy as various pop up on diff online calculators

Anything from 174-180 ish (depending on rocker) for your size would be fine, the head rev 75 or enduro 800's or....really depends on what you like. if you are skiing in switzerland and are an improving intermediate, you'll spend a lot of time on piste - so 75-85 mm waist. Plenty of end of season deals in resorts at the moment, where are you based?
