Had one of the best days skiing ever today. We went to a secret little resort in Italy. Only two lifts and the top not open when we arrived. Coughed up 22€ for a day pass and headed up. Lapped the bottom section off piste with very few others around maybe 12 people in the whole resort skiing. Blues skies and beautiful sunshine. Stopped for lunch of lovely Italian pasta, five great coffees came to 6.5€. After lunch the top section opened, almost nothing had been touched. After a couple of laps the liftie said that as they had been late opening they were staying open until five. The piste was corduroy and soft, the off was powder and all ours.
Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Note, nobody on the lift, one person on the piste, and only two tracks laid. It's as good as it gets, three hours to go and no competition.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

jbob, that sounds - and looks - fantastic. Who needs the 3 Valleys?
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Fantastic! I'm going to a similar little place on my next trip. It only opens weekends and Wednesday afternoons, 8€ for Wednesday afternoon when we're going
