The waterproofing on my salopettes seems to have lost its capability, particularly on my rear. Are any of the aftermarket waterproofers any good ? Are the "wash-in" or "spray on when the salopettes are dry" types better ?
Or I could try and stay on my feet I suppose.
And has anyone bought any of the Spyder clothing offered on Ebay, what did you think of it, is it genuine ?

parlor, Sorry but I didn't understand your post. Did you mean... "drunk again" ? and you don't like the look of Spyder clothing or are you saying it is not very good technically ?

mike.healy, Plenty of stuff on Epic re fake Spyder stuff on ebay.
There's is however one trader who sells on ebay & also directly who I can personally recommend. Can't remember his name, I'll post again when I get home tonight.

As far as proofing goes it depends on the quality of the pants. I use Nixwax tech wash and then the wash in proofer. Seems to do a good job. I have tried the spray on version too but it didn't seem to be as effective but then this may have been the material that I was using it on.
Can't help with the ebay stuff or Spyder... soz.
