Just been looking on Winterhighland and they say their expecting 2" per hour tomorrow over the Cairngorms! Expecting up to 50cm after Friday. If the temperature holds and the wind lessens next week there's going to be some fun to be had in Scotland for sure.

Dumping down in Newcastle - rained since Friday night - now snow.
The best conditions are on the upper slopes - Consett, Carter Bar, Sutton Bank etc.

gregh, where are you in north east leeds? I'm in Seacroft...to anyone who doesn't know it, grey council houses and tower blocks as far as the eye can see...just like Les Menuires really!
