As per title really.

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Thats a lot of bodies. And how much is GB Snowsport subbing them, or is this another PR announcement and in reality GB Snowsport not doing much for Alpine?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It is.
I have a sneaky feeling that many of the EC squad and most of the FIS squad will get peanuts.
And I have to say my eye was drawn to NO WC and 3/12 EC females. Is the “talent” not there, or is there a selection bias?

@KNoceros, of course that is the alpine skiing team that the GB Snowsports are announcing. Would it be amiss to wonder if Jasmin Taylor (winner of two Crystal Globes last season including overall champion in World Cup Telemark) will get any financial support from GB Snowsports this season?

@Alastair Pink
You are of course correct re: it only being the Alpine squad. I have amended the thread title to make that clear.

@Alastair Pink, 2 chances for her, slim and none. Rather crazy as they say they reward success and the likelihood of winning medals.
And too many salaries to pay.

Sport funding decisions baffle (and anger) me.
I was moderately successful in a niche (non-snow) sport in my youth. But even “the” Olympian didn’t get any funding becuase getting to the Olympics wasn’t enough….
