 Poster: A snowHead

Hi all,
We are currently looking for a chalet for Christmas week 2014. For the past couple of years we have been staying in Westendorf but I think i must have skied almost all of the Ski Welt by now so we were thinking of a change. Do love Austria for its charm and its reasonable value along with the advantage that if the snow is bad, at least the runs are mainly on pasture so no great rocks poking through! Has anyone got any suggestions on alternatives? Either Catered or Self Catered is fine, don't mind about resort although early season the option of a glacier is always welcome! Price is not the end of the world (we keep costs down by going over in a private bus which helps).
Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Difficult one that as chalets are not all that common in Austria. As a resort, I suggest Saalbach Hinterglemm as a place to look. Great skiing and I know that Neisons have a chalet there,

Why not stay in the same Chalet and ski down Ki West and ski Kitzbuhel for the week instead. New area, but old suuroundings?

Anniepen, And me. Its not for me, I'm an old hand at this skiing lark but a mate of mine is looking for somewhere for a group of 12 to go for new year, mainly near beginners to reasonable intermediates. Oh and its for New Year not Christmas if that makes a difference.
