Get Sno Seal...... much more fun, no wetting anything and you get to stick your gloves in the over before applying

swishtony, Snow Seal does not keep the leather soft, just keeps the water out. They have 2 different funktions.

swishtony, snow seal make a right mess of the glove over time... I have seen the results...

I think it's something like as the leather dries out it pulls the wax into the leather.

I've never had a problem with Sno Seal, and it does keep the leather nice and soft, in my experience anyway, maybe I have the messy phase to come yet!
