I'll be in St Anton from 28/12 to 5/1 with partner she will do ski I'm doing snowboarding, we used to do off-piste. we would like to take a guide, and we are looking for more partners to share the cost of the guide, it could by for 1 day or up to 3 days.

Why not go with one of the off piste guiding companies who put groups of similar standard together, such as Piste to Powder (there have been several threads recently on St Anton off piste guides - see the search function).
Occasionally P top P get full on popular days/periods, so worth booking ahead.

Thanks to the advice, but I'm already check with Piste to Powder, and they are not mixing snowboarders and skiers, only in private groups. It's not so simple
