Hi the one thing St Panacras has lots of is places for breakfast, there is sourced market, Paul, Carluccios and more pub wit all of them you will be OK with luggage. If your in the queue 30 minutes before hand you will be fine once through chck in there is a large waiting area with WH Smiths and from memory a coffee shop, we didn't spend to long in there, we too went standard premier but on the overnight service .

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

There's coffee bar type places after check-in, you can get light breakfast stuff. It can get a little crowded, apparently (last time I went I still had my business lounge pass, so I didn't mix the the hoi poloi). Of primary concern to you should be munchables and general refreshments for the journey down. There are tow M&S shops at St P. Depending on the size of the group a couple of wine boxes should be adequate. I see they are calling it standard premier again, rather than "Leisure Select", you do get a bit of food and wine, but not nearly enough for warming up for a ski holiday!

It's crowded and busy but I've never encountered significant queues to get through the passport luggage check area, which is the only bottleneck apart from actually getting on to the train. For my own stress levels, I would say 30 mins was pretty tight (I like to have some contingency factored in, so if 30 mins is the cut-off I would want to aim to get there before that) but it depends on whether you are traveling alone or with children or meeting a bigger group etc.
