Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Dear SnowHeads,
I'm looking to go away in march and have the opportunity to go to Morzine for March 23rd-30th, I'm really keen for the trip but am concerned that it might be a bit late in the season for the skiing to be any good, I realise you'd need a crystal ball to be sure, but was just wondering if anyone had any experience of things there and if i should have good reason to be concerned???
Happy sliding!!!

I would be happy to go to Morzine late March. In the worst case scenario, you can get up to Avoriaz easily.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

, should be a good trip. Morzine gives easy access into the PdS circuit with lots of reasonably high, north facing runs there which should be in decent nick whatever the weather

I was in Morzine this Easter (so just after your dates) and conditions were great. Of course every season is different, but enough high terrain not to worry.
But why book in advance that late in the season when you can wait till nearer the time and see what conditions are like? Maybe book flights earlier for best prices, but you can leave resort choice to the last minute...
