I think many of us may benefit by sharing ideas in this area. Especially as we don't work in the same office 
Classics from my office include the time when we got two friends to dress up as a policeman and as a smart-suited prosecutor respectively, and then arrested the head of our tax consulting department for...tax fraud, of course.
More innocuously, a few years ago, with the cooperation of the Coca-Cola employees servicing the Coke machine in our office, we replaced some of the fizzy drinks with beer cans, at random intervals. Some unfortunate chap bought 12 Coke/Fanta/Sprites until he gave up and started selling them (warm by now) at a discount to other colleagues.

You could fake a "raid" on a single users PC by the vice squad under the obscene publications legislation, for downloading illegal pornography.

Various amusing things can be done with other people's ski boots. Someone filled mine with beer once. They make attractive plant pots (and it's a lovely time for spring bulbs), or comfortable homes for small rodents such as gerbils (fill with sawdust first).
These suggestions are only for your worst enemies, providing they have a great sense of humour.
