Hi folks,
Anyone stayed here? Looking to book up for an early flight from Cardiff on 2nd January to hopefully get an hour on the slopes so that I can say that I was on the piste on my birthday (with a zero in it!)
The Chalet looks pretty good but I'm a little concerned about the sharing off toilets!
Anyone any first hand experience of this accomodation?

staying up in les balcons, bit cold today -23 at the top, struggled to get back from mottaret as they kept closing the lifts! Snow better in vt than meriel.

t40ora, We stayed there a few years ago when it was not made clear in the brochure that the toilets were seperate. Bit of a shock when we got there. After many complaints they changed the brochure description so I think it's pretty accurate now. The chalet is Ok, basic but comfortable. It was a pain sharing the toilets (there are only two) and you could constantly hear people creeping around in the night. To be honest it's something I avoid now but I suppose you get what you pay for. The showers in the rooms were also very small.

I've stayed in the same complex December last year, and they are perfectly good. Not 5 star luxury, but no complaints from the group. jan covers it with basic but comfortable. Ski in/out depending on how brave you are skiing out the back door to get down to the piste, but it is 2 mins to get in and out onto the run down to town centre.

I've stayed there. They area fine, nothing fancy but good enough, clean and located in a good position.
The chalet lad was terrible though, ended up eating out a few nights it was so poor. Hopefully you will get more luck with your host!

Ps was freezing the while time up in val T. -20 average.
