Poster: A snowHead

Calling all intermediate-advanced skiers/boarders interested in Canada!
I'd like to get a group together to ski ca. 10 days in Canada this year. Just acquired a fantastic pair of skis in the sale and can't wait to try them on the powder!! I'm intermediate - advanced level and looking for those of you who are at a similar level. I'm open to suggestions in terms of location and dates, or if anyone on here is already organising something - even better!
I've just always wanted to try out Canada and would really love some company now that friends have settled down and become permanently unavailable.

Ski Independence are offering between 30 - 50% discounts if booked by 31 August and just to give you an idea of pricing the Hilton hotel (4 star) in the Whistler for 10 nights, incl. flights to Vancouver and transfers, is working out at around £1500 per person (based on 2 sharing). Cheaper options are available - and again, really happy to take pointers from those with experience!

Banff is a good start to the winter. Hire a car and you'll have access to Lake Louise (good early season snow), Sunshine good early season snow), Norquay.

Thanks! And Banff looks significantly cheaper! I tend to spend just under £1K in Europe for a week all in so spending as much for 2 weeks in Canada sounds like a bargain! Canadianaffair.com packages start at £779pp for 7 days and offer FREE SKI CARRIAGE - awesome!!

Blindly, there's me thinking the decision has been made for my trips this season (including a potential back to back three week snowHeads tour with dadmin) and this post comes along!
After having one of the best trips ever to Banff et al some years ago I am being severely tested trying to not change my December PSB plans....
And those prices are pretty unbelievable. Best I get reading
