Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

For those that don't like the Gopro form factor this may be of interest...

and who want some other functionality. Price point is around that of the Hero3 Black, and whilst it doesn't come with some of the options in terms of image capture that the gopro does, it does come with some interesting feature that some may like. I haven't got one yet so no idea what the video quality is like.

Video quality doesnt look as good as the GoPro from their demo. Infact it all looks abit computer gamey. I like the integrated GPS though

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Contour already has GPS.

I think almost all of them support WiFi now.

The resolution of the GoBandit isn't as good either. It can only do 60fps when you got down to WVGA resolution. The Drift and Contour both support 60fps at 720P (as do the Ion the Action and the GoPro)

The Gobandit isn't that small either. If you want the additional sensors (g-force seem to be the only one you can't get elsewhere) then I can see the point, but if you're really interested in g-force then you'll probably have a datalogger that's recording that along with all the other data.
