Just one thing. It's not the Eiger. It's the Grandes Jorasses, part of the Mont Blanc massif.

dogwatch, hmm, the info I read on FB before I posted the link did say it was the Eiger and I apologise if that is incorrect. Still pretty amazing though.

Hells Bells, there is also footage of him speed climbing the Eiger which is mind-blowing!
On a slight tangent, was he one of the climbers involved in the rather aggressive tête à tête with some Sherpas recently? I remember one of the names being similar.

They went back into the Eiger wall a few days later and shot the key sections. Otherwise they would have needed a dozen or so camera teams in the wall.
