I don't have anything to post. Perhaps if someone can correctly name one of the other ski areas visible in your photo they should post the next one?

All good answers... I nominate @Klamm Franzer as Viehhofen is in the same ski area as Saalbach.

That's the Linderets valley, Avoriaz side, from below the top of the Brocheaux chair. Looking across to the Chaux Fleurie chair and Mt. de Grange in the distance (I can only do the PdS ones! )

I think the 'nearfield' of the pic may be slightly too much of a challenge on it's own so here's one from further up the same run, for context.

@albob's thinking the right way, as we're a tad off piste - but it is a route that's well known by name to those who ski this resort (which is not La Grave).

Yes, although we were staying in Gressoney, this is 'La Balma' which is a route covering 2000m vertical down into Alagna.
Well done @Wildsmith!

@beeryletcher, - my early years were mostly like that - it's why I struggle in deep snow. But no, it's not Arizona or Westendorf

@Mosha Marc, I don't think one could see the sea from there, but if you could it wouldn't be the Med
