I'm driving from Lyon to Tignes on Sunday at around 10am if anyone needs a lift.
Could really do with some accommodation too if anyone has a bed / sofa / floorspace they'd be willing to rent out for a few days to a week !  Or any ideas other than the hostel?

Fantastic day in Tignes today, snow last night (and for the previous few days) and sunshine all day. Wonderful day skiing with jonm, vetski, holidayloverxx, maggi, eeyore and rednose. Another group of  went off on an offpiste expedition for the day. If we've any energy left a beers could be sunk tonight.

Still snowing, lifts closed... Wow,so much snow! Sitting in the Alpaka waiting for something to open (just the bunny lifts, we were told, but better than nothing). Just walking here from the chalet was an adventure! When you see someone on a skidoo stuck in a snowdrift, you know things are a bit unusual...

daehwons, It was bad enough yesterday, a very leisurely day of chocolate, lunch, shopping and a few runs before returning home. Pics wouldn't help a lot visibility was extremely poor.
