The recent Tvmountain film of folks skiing up and down Mont Blanc du Tacul looks like good conditions at that altitude and aspect. After the lay off though, the altitude would have done for many I suspect (me included)
Then having to walk back up the ridge to the lift... Yuk.

Photos look to be taken in the couloir? Seracs on left look like the entrance? Do we know what happened, seems like a climbing accident seeing as his colleague also hospitalized
