No Cypress for me. I will see what is going on re the adult training. If I was still in charge it would have been a structured program this year.
I did the exact 2 years of full time year round work needed to qualify for my residency... Not a day more! I am still helping them out, but need a break from "certain types of parent" knowing what is best....
I also had a time with my better half having a neck injury, all the fighting with the health system, and her spinal surgery recovery time.
So right now, we are on a recovery relax (as much as possible) season in Whistler.

Someone mentioned the busses in Whistler costing $2 each. This is incorrect they cost 4p because if you have UK 2p coins they fit in to the dollar slot on the bus, Bargain!
If you get a chance go to the solar tribe full moon raves in the woods / warehouses at function junction, they are much better then any of the legal clubs, can be found on facebook or just ask around in the village or at Monday drum an bass night at savage beagle, if that's still going on.
You can also get up blackcoombe for free if you carry your boots and say you are getting off at staff accomodation / tube park which is first stop on the gondola. if you carry on to the top the lifts above this dont ask for a lift pass so you can ski all day for free.

Didn't quite make it up today, but will probably make it at least as far as Cypress tomorrow as littleh_v1.0 and I have a season pass there too
From what i heard from a friend who was up to day (who made a point of texting to point it out!), it was pretty stellar for November, even my usual faves were open and in good shape already

FAQ
did make it up Cypress Mountain though (which has amazing views over Howe Sound and the Coastal mountains that I should have taken a picture of!) Lovely sunny day and the snow is in pretty good shape, though was a little busy.
