Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

After 3 weeks in Zipfits, I am sold on them. The most obvious plus... fantastic hold-down without pressure points. No need to pull the buckles down to the point where your feet raise a white flag.
Will write more when I get home to perhaps help those people considering Zipfits.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Old thread but hoping to reach some good advice.
I gave up on my Zipfit Sidewinders last winter since there was no chance the pre filled amount of filler could give support around my skinny lower leg and ankle with reasonably big bony knuckles. It felt like all pressure from the heated plug shell was going into my knuckles. Incredible pain from trying to walk just a few steps. I now got 2extra tubes of filler.
To me it seems like filling half a tube on each side could be a good start. But then both the small pockets in the front and the tongue seemes completely empty, so I guess I need at least another tube to reach perfect fill n fit.. What do you think? How much have been after filled to fit skinny ankles?

Hi Gunnar, did you get them in Norway? I would love to get them fitted here (if possible)?
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
