Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Chris B
, I thought John Wayne had the perfect skiing stance.
And the boots give you the John Wayne walk as well. I'm working on the accent.
Obviously
A snowHead
isn't a real person

Drinking Milk will help as well
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Ah but the braces are very effective at protecting your modesty when sliding down backwards on an icy slope after a spectacular fall
But I never fall over! Oops - I'm not supposed to say that, am I or I'm bound to crash frequently in spectacular style.
I'll have to keep you all informed on my trouser status when skiing this season; whether my ski-trousers with adjustable waist and no braces manage to stay up or fall down to my ankles when I have a big crash (which I'm sure I will at some point).
My bet's on my trousers staying up.
However, thinking about it, I did just that the season b4 last - sliding down backwards on an icy slope after a spectacular fall - when I accidently tripped over a pile of snow and went head down the G.S. run at Whistler (like you do!). At the time I was intending to carry on down the nice gently sloping road that crosses the G.S but lost a ski at the top and started accelerating upside down, down this ice slide of death (as I used to affectionately call it). I had to spin myself round to slow myself down by digging my boot edges in after I realised I was speeding up, rather than slowing down... However, my trousers, I'm pleased to say remained snugly around my waist.
