When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Heading to Cervinia for 2 days on Friday, so feeling good about being in the right country for powder, but not sure right resort though?!

They also did ok (apart from an avalanche that killed a few people) the last weekend of February which meant even Chastreix could open up more

@leggyblonde, yep still hordes on holidays, though does not seem as busy as recent weeks.

Though after that we get another load of idiots arriving in Serre Laughing

And really everyone getting excited about the crazy amounts of snow, and getting in a powder frenzy etc

You're only now going to see cold snow well above circa 2,100

That said, and early days yet, next weekend's potential snow looks to be more like winter than the Spring conditions of late?
