Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Frosty the Snowman, and the small black dot on the brow of the hill in the distance is Jerry - off-piste hero. Very Happy

Note to self, I really ought to start putting my camera somewhere a bit more accessible when I'm skiing.

Alastair, Hey, looks like you had a double break on the clavicle. Mine was only a single one, so how come mine took 16 bloody weeks to heal Twisted Evil

There's no double break on Alastair's x-ray.

16 weeks is not bad for a clavicle fracture.

Alastair, my experience has been that some patients can get aches and pains for up to a year or even longer after a clavicle fracture. It's not usually a sign of anything bad. It just seems to take a very long time to heal.

Kramer, no - but I've noticed a big improvement since getting down to some serious weight and general fitness/flexibility training at the end of the season, plus using one of those Compex gadgets that they had me wired up to last year. Still can bench press more weight with one arm than I can with both though.

Well, yes, mine still hurts, and the acromion is not seated back in place yet, but you have pins and a plate, so I'm not surprised it hurts Crying or Very sad

CANV CANVINGTON, being a boarder only marginally mitigates your crassness for posting such snowporn here.

As a note for our sadly inadequately equipped two-plankers . . . looking down on a sweet little run like that will raise wood (or in my case raise the dead) . . . which is why, as CANV demonstrates, we wear baggy pants. It also goes to explain the erratic lines in the other powder pic, we're having fun, not concentrating on anal retentive matched turns . . . or powderwanking as it's more commonly termed Twisted Evil

A slight cheat as it's 2005 but all my other stuff is on my PC. Corbets Couloir. Work out how steep it is for yourself !!

Incidentally, I'd heard PG's daughter was good but even I was impressed to find she could ski uphill !
