I think it's the Aiguille des Champeys chairlift at Champoussin!
If you zoom in on the deckchair there's either a Swiss flag or a Savoie cross on it. And I can't read the signpost, but it looks like having a yellow background which I recall is used for directions to other resorts in the PdS. And an oldish four seater chairlift... not many of them on the Swiss side of the PdS.

Edited to add....Dammit, I was there summer before last, biking, stayed in Champery. Loved the Serpentine in Chatel BP, did it several times!
