Roger C, yes the hotel/apt Sitelle although this is outdoors also the Marmottes - this is also outdoors but there is a new sports complex associated with this that may have an indoor pool. I think all the pools are outdoors though.

redrunmarcus, last time I spoke to clive it seems that he's on the case with the sky. Boredsurfing, I know what your saying, not good timing to be going into a new venture, the euro has dropped a little more today.  I think its going to have a huge affect on mountain restaurants and the local bars.

DrE, Easy no passes needed for the following, ski down to Plagne centre and then on down to 1800, get free ski bus up to Plagne Soleil or Plagne Villages ski back down to Plagne centre and then 1800 repeat until bored! When time to go home to Aime ski to Plagne Centre take of skis off walk through shops and get the free Tele bus back up to Aime 2k

DrE, another idea would be to borrow somebody's lift pass as weekly or daily passes dont have any ID on them as long as you borrow a adult pass you would be ok. Its a good idea if there is somebody you know there already for the week or somebody leaving on there last day!.

So DrE, add to my suggestion above, get free bus to Plagne villages and then get free draglift to go even higher

Excellent advice guys, thanks for the info! Will definitely be taking that route down to 1800 and then up on the bus to Plagne villages and then the drag lift - sounds ideal. will be a good chance to blow the cobwebs off and get used to the fatter ski's i'm planning on getting !
i better study the piste map well beforehand, and also take some money so that when the inevitable happens and i take a wrong turn and end up in montalbert thinking 'wow, that was a much longer run than i expec.... oh. damn.' - i can get back to aime!
