According to Bergfex there's a bit of sleet or rain forecast for later today at lower levels and again on Monday. Shouldn't do too much damage and it will get colder again from Tuesday. Best to get up high on Monday and download on the gondola at the end of the day, I'd suggest.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Thanks man!
Is there a decent Dolomites app to download for the trip to help locate bars, runs etc?
So if you're just off somewhere snowy come back and post a snow report of your own and we'll all love you very much

Dolomitisuperski website has a downloadable app. If you have space on your mobile, you can download maps of the regions to view without needing wi-fi or paying for data. You can also review where you've been by entering you ski pass id. Our last day here. Tons of snow. Could do with a little more sunshine, but a fine time anyway.
You know it makes sense.

You could also try Crystal ski 's Ski Explorer app on Google Play Store, provides info of the Dolomites villages. Just had my first day here today, conditions are great with tree lingering on the trees and few people on many pistes for a Sunday. Will probably take the head cam out tomorrow.
Otherwise you'll just go on seeing the one name:

Personally I've always found the crystal app to be a bit hopeless in the past. It may of got better but the weather section was total rubbish.

First hit on wi-fi since got here. Slopes fantastic to ski on. Seen a little sun today. Told weather domani will be pants!
Crystal ski app. has never worked for me.
Horrible start to our trip, with 13 hr flight delay out of Bristol. More on that delight another time. Still trying to catch up on sleep!
Yeah, weather looks rough tomorrow, but the good news is it looks like you'll wake up to fresh snow overnight, clearing up by evening. Bergfex says 21cm in next 24 hrs for Selva.
Stay low in the trees tomorrow and hit the peaks on Wednesday when the sun comes out!!
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Very light rain briefly at Corvara, light a little flat in certain areas of the circuit, a few light flakes at altitude. Pistes were spectacular in morning at Belvedere area and held up well at end of day. Felt mild but snow still lingering on trees. Guy in ski shop mentioned earlier snow due tomorrow and sunshine Wednesday so will probably check out Marmalada on Wed. Missing a Gopro mount so can't shoot video yet. Will try to borrow, buy or rent one tomorrow for Wed. Everyone who was here last year says conditions are far better this year.

Cinsha, where are you staying? Bristol crew with us were also very late so probably same plane.

Hoping its not going to spoil the views

@Schnorrr, Blinkin' auto-correct. Pozza, it should say.
Flight was due out of Bristol 07.50 hrs to Verona. We pushed back at 21.05 and wheels left ground 21.15 hrs.
Checked in (well, let ourselves in with keycard left out) to hotel 02.30 hrs (03.30 local).

Gondola at Belvedere was on stop for a while this morning so time for a pit stop at adjacent rifugio. Great fun in the light powder today, visibility challenging at times, tough on the legs but all part of the ski experience ☺
Top of Buffaure was closed yesterday in morn in the rain/sleet/snow. Opened in pm
Fresh snow yesterday on slopes tho.
Today in Val Di Fassa is 🌞😎 and according to my instructor even better domani. Slopes in fab condition; no need of snow cannon.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Looks fab on the cams with the fresh snow & sunshine up high, apart from the low fluffy clouds hanging in some of valleys.

Bergfex suggests cool air temps & mostly sunny for next 9 days, just next Tues when cloud builds and there's a chance of anything falling out of the sky.
It looks like anyone heading out this weekend will see perfect conditions for cruising around the pistes with the recent top-ups of snow and all that fine weather.

Oddly the Ski Club weather forecast for Arabba says 7 days of snowfall starting on Saturday. I hope you're right and the Ski Club has it wrong

Which ski club @moosepig? Makes a difference: if it's a local one they may 'know stuff'.
