Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Pacific North West (PNW) 2018/2019 Season

Incoming storm forecast for Monday and Tuesday. Sunday will be clear and sunny with temps above freezing in the afternoon. Come Monday a low pressure off the Pacific will come ashore with cool air drawn from the Gulf of Alaska. Possible to see 20cm on Monday, and a second wave coming in on Tuesday with slightly cooler temps could deliver another 20cm.

Currently snowing in the Cascades. Bullseye will be Whistler Blackcomb for this storm. Could see 50cm+ in the Alpine over the next 2-3 days. Down further South the snow totals will be less but still a good refresh of the slopes for some Spring powder skiing. Good way to start April. Still looking like some weather coming toward the end of the week. Stay tuned.

Coldest March on record for Bend, OR. Snowiest February in the 118 years they have been tracking that stuff too. Good base on Bachelor. And more snow forecast this week. Whistler should also do well as will Northern Cascades. Current 5 day outlook is for about 20"-30". Temps will fluctuate a bit and snow levels will be about 5,000 feet. Good Spring skiing is on tap for the month of April. Most ski areas in the PNW have a solid 100" base and then some.

Snow this weekend with high winds and temps right about freezing at the bases of most PNW resorts. Whistler should do well this weekend, especially higher up. Stay high my friends! Very Happy

30cm of fresh overnight and still snowing at Mt Bachelor. Did an early morning hike and got a nice workout in the waist deep snow. Should be good for those that don't have to work today. Sadly, I have to be content with the one lap in the April powder.

More snow over the weekend. Cold temps and windy. Winter still has a hold on Spring, and winter is not willing to go quietly here in the PNW. More snow on the way on Monday/Tuesday.
