Anyone point me in the right direction please? Where is my nearest snow dome? I'm located in Farnborough, Hampshire. All this wet weather is stopping me going out on my bike (my summer thing that i do) and havent been on skis since march. Gotta get back in form before xmas

Milton Keynes. Not very local, but an opportunity to see a pioneering venture in city planning and some concrete cows.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Cheers guys, bit further than my local dry slope (10 min drive) but i guess it'd be worth it for a day out - be interesting if i can remember how to ski, it's been so long - too long in fact

Here's a dry slope I'd not heard of before. Not a lot of use to Mac Daddy as it's in South Cambridgeshire. Bassingbourn
Club operated dry slope skiing and boarding. Didn't want to start a new thread just for this. What's the catch ? It's inside a Military Base. Access by permit

It is therefore the best guarded dry-slope ski club in the World (probably!) |
