Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Best Ski school for English Kids in Les gets

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
We are taking the children to les gets in the February holiday. They will both be beginners.

We arrive in Sunday and want them in ski school together for 5 days. They are aged 7 and almost 5. Our nearly 5 year old is very sporty and physically able. I don’t think he will struggle in a group for 5+.

I have contacted ESF for further info but looking for other recommendations

Many thanks

BASS have a ski school in Les Gets. Best to book early as I know they end up turning people away at half term once they're fully booked.

They sometimes run a mini beginner group for 4-7 year olds.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Agreed. I failed completely to book any lessons - group or private - for two kids in Les Saisies at half term, having started asking in November. You can't afford to be too choosy!

+1 for ecoledeski360 although experience limited to 4 of our grandchildren (aged 4-Cool in that school for 2 years, they got on well and one progressed up a group midweek. They seem to be popular with the English and Ski Famille use them a lot, very often one of the Ski Famille reps will ski with the younger class. No experience with the other schools so cannot comment.

+1 for availability, they do get full over half term.

Last season they discounted the local lift pass by 69 euros.

Lessons with them only run from the Sunday so your children will go into class from the second day finishing on the Friday

@Loulourw, over the years we have used BASS, ESF and ecoledeski 360 with our variousgrandchildren. 360 seem to have turned out to suit best. Reasonable prices, good English spoken, eight max in a class and often a Ski Famille nanny going as well to help, and generally a good fun time had. Book asap
