mountain mad, 'fraid I'll have to cry off  . It's my lads 4th Birthday party that day at 3.00 so I've no chance of sneaking over. His Birthday's on the Monday and we were trying to fix it for the weekend after, but couldn't.

I might be joining you snowheads - will have to see how this week pans out. Mr Ski Bunny is working Saturday so I can scrounge a lift over to Yorkshire with him in the morning. I'm sure the C/Cup will be repeated later on Sky. I'm not that bothered about watching a load of pie eaters beat a load of cheating scousers anyway. Will let you know later in the week

How many of you live down South? I live over an hour south of Milton Keynes Xscape. Anyone interested in a similar meeting there?

snowball, what you need to do is decide on a date and go for it. For me, getting to any of the indoor ski domes is easy.....it's just someone took the initiative and set a date for Castleford. Go for it!!

I'll be there on my crutches. Complete knee re construction on 7th June, so I'm debating skiing in my knee brace (not really!!) Looks like it will be apres ski instead, particularly as Peter B makes such a good chauffeur!

Well given that this thread started in February!!! - its finally come round - see you guys tomorrow...

was just about to ask that myself!
I'll be at the ticket desk around 12. I'll wait until about 12.15, and if no one else is there, then I'll be on the slopes.
If you haven't met me before, or seen the photos, then the best I can tell you is:
I'll be carrying a grey and yellow Fischer boot bag/backpack and same colours in a skiboard bag - i.e. about half the sixe of a ski bag.
On the slopes I'll be in black, with orange boots and skiboards.

Yeah, ticket desk is probably the best place to meet - although they don't have any seats there 
I'll be the one bombing up the motorway and arriving at the last minute wearing football boots, coz I'd forgotton we had a match tomorrow!
