Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Equipment: Ride Society 157 (previously Ride Timeless 161, plus many others for short periods), Burton P1 bindings (previously Flow FL11), Vans BFB boots (previously Salomon Synapse)
Settings: Regular, +15 front -13 back (ish)
Favourite style: all mountain larking about - love powder runs and heading through the trees but also search out natural hits and drop-offs. working on getting smoother with buttering, and other flatlands tricks.
Started: 1996 for a few days in New Zealand. first full trip was 1999
Days Riding: 100+
Ski?: never tried it but aim to do so before too long (boo, hiss, i hear you cry Shock )
Resorts visited: Tignes, Courchevel, Les Menuires, Chatel, Les Arcs, Alpe D'Huez, Les Deux Alpes, Heavenly
Other Interests: cycling (road, xc mountain biking, fixed wheel commuting), running, mountain marathons, rock climbing, jazzy/dancy/funky type music, photography
2004 Holidays: just one long w/e in Courchevel Sad - saving holidays for trip to Oz later in the year Very Happy
2005 Holidays: Tignes 15-22 Jan - 3 days in Courchevel in March
2006 Holidays: New Year in Chatel
2007 Holidays: Chatel
2008 Holidays: Chatel, Engelberg
Current goals: continue to improve the smoothness of those mini-tricks that can be done while riding along (ollies, buttering, 180s into and out of switch, etc)
