Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

hi
we've flown into turn a few times on ryanair, from stanstead, always been on time, no problems and short transfer to any Aosta valley resort.........we normally travel in January and book our fllights around November, from previous years that seems to be when the flights are at thier cheapest.....

I flew with BA from LGW. They have early mornining outbound and evening return flights (as well as a Saturday mid-morning and out and lunchtime home option) so with BA you can get maybe 2 extra half days skiing if you have a short transfer.

Wasn't much more expensive (if any) to use BA and board bag as my only checked item + hand luggage than pay £50 each way for board with Ryanair.

DTime waster, depending on where you are in the UK....I checked out flights out of Birmingham the other week to Turin and was midly suprised by Lufthansa, they wanted £150 return , flying out on a Saturday (non peak) returning the following Saturday with a stop over in Frankfurt (4hrs). The bonus was the 23Kg allowance with ski baggage thrown in.....to me I find this quite reasonable... rolling eyes

When I checked BA prices to Genoa yesterday I was surprised that the cheapest prices were hand baggage only - is this a general change of policy? Last time I flew the route, in october, I paid £40 including checked baggage - now cheapest is £39 without . In principle I'm happy to pay extra for baggage and save if I can travel light, but that represents quite a price hike.
