You won't be on your own. If there's a bash, I'll usually be there, but I do tend to spend my time with skiers. Most of the snowHeads ones are harmless.

col, you'l be fine. I went on my firsty bash a little over three years ago. I signed up a week before with only two weeks experience and no idea what to expect. I've been on almost every bash since. Make of that what you will. 
If you don't find anyone on the first night/morning to slide with (although you probaly will) then give me a shout. Lots of people know me, or you'll have my number on the phone list.

Hello!
I am pleased that there are some dark side boarders coming along. I am still learning ie: my boarding ability is crap: well I can go down a easy run (blue and green) stringing a few turns....
I am interested in boarding lesson(s) - I would be able to pay for 80euros or whatever a lesson but I will prefer group lessons, lots more enjoyable. Am I the only one?
Anyway I will see you in the slopes and bar!

I'm a boarder, and I'm coming on the EoSB - my first time with Snowheads
I usually seem to end up tagging along with skiers so doing high-mileage - I was thinking of getting the 3V extension to the lift pass for that reason.

I too went for the full 3v pass. Really looking forward to it, and seems like there are a good number of snowboarders too.
