Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Big Thanks to ski-lits.com Morzine

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ski-Lifts.com in Morzine.

We had a great trip away in Morzine last week and like everyone we were sad to leave.
Upon arrival at Geneva airport my friend realised that he'd left his and his daughters passports in the bedside cabinet of our friends apartment.
There was nobody at the apartment but the Sarah who looks after things for my friend would be popping in to collect the bedding and towels.
Being a local she knows people at all the transfer companies and sent out an SOS email to all.
Anyway within two hours, my friend had his passports kindly dropped off by one of the drivers from Ski-lifts who absolutely refused any money for doing so.

btw ski-lifts weren't the transfer company we used for the transfers this time but you can bet we'll look at them next time

Made me smile snowHead

Have used Ski Lifts a fair few times - pleasant enough lot. Although the last couple of times I used them, they seemed to sub-ing out / selling-on a some of their transfers - so we'd would book with them, but end up being carried by a different company Puzzled

Yep, my transfer back from Morzine was with a 3rd party - an individual who owned/ran his own van, so didn't drive it like he'd stolen it and was very friendly. Better than the staffer on the way out who just sat there and drove (perfectly safely).
