Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi. Have own travel organised but looking for somewhere to stay/share in Verbier for nights of 2nd-4th March. If anyone can suggest something it'd be much appreciated. Thanks.

I do not have any accommodation but am currently in Geneva on business and planning to ski this weekend - may be from Friday. Any reason why you are focussing on Verbier? Not sure how easy it will be to find accommodation. I was thinking of heading in the Chamonix direction.

RogerR, yes I'm heading there for a one-day course I'm obliged to attend and thought I'd tack on a few days' holiday afterwards. Sounds like there are good conditions all over Europe so have a great time and make a few turns for me! cheers

I am in Chamonix now. Snow is great - forecast for tomorrow is fantastic - should be more runs open. Hope things worked out for you in Verbier.

HeidiAmsterdam, yeah actually I booked a place for a few nights there but it's awkward for getting to my course rendez-vous in time on the Sunday morning. I may have something else worked out but I'll keep Tzoum'hostel in mind for any future trips. Thanks!
