Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Not sure about the hotel pools but I dont think they insist on hats or budgie smugglers in the Kaiserbad

polo99, I've been to a couple of hotel pools in Austria and Italy where they ask you to wear a swimming cap (although the vast majority of the hotels don't), but the requirement for men to wear budgie smugglers seems to be a uniquely French "fetish".... Toofy Grin

polo99, there have been quite a few discussions about some of the Austrian "wellness" facilities where wearing nothing seems to be the norm. We went to a lovely apartment once, where there was a warm spa pool in the grounds. Fortunately the combination of the very warm water and the very cold wintry air produced a lot of fog - my mother was a bit shocked by the sight of all the German bottoms (of both sexes) in the changing hut but they were not very visible in the fog. pam w, In Austria, nude is the norm in the "wellness" part of the facility, but not in the main swimming pool (occasionally there will be a small pool within the wellness area, and that will be nude).

If anyone needs (or would like) a bona fide snowHeads swimming cap, I have some left over from a bash when they were needed.
How about £2 ea + £2 postage?
